There seems to be several "versions" of William Smith's "Preces and Responses". The one here, though, is taken from the Church Music Society's Reprint No. 48a.
There is an excellent performance of this Work by Westminster Abbey Choir on YouTube starting here. It includes a sung Lord's Prayer ( a version by Robert Stone).
